Refund process & timeline

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@gulbabafoundation.online with: your name, transaction reference (Razorpay payment ID), course name, and reason for cancellation.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps and expected timeline.

For disputes or chargebacks raised with your bank, we will cooperate fully with Razorpay and banking partners and investigate with supporting documentation.
