Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 27, 2025
These terms describe how refunds and cancellations are handled for training courses purchased through our Razorpay checkout.
Cancellation by participant
- Full refund: If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund (minus Razorpay processing fees if non-refundable by the gateway).
- Partial refund: If you cancel within 3–6 days before the course, a 50% refund may apply.
- No refund: No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation by Gulbaba Foundation
- If we cancel a course for any reason (insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, force majeure), you will be offered either:
- A full refund to the original payment method, OR
- Credits toward a future course within 12 months.
Refund process & timeline
- Refunds are initiated by us via Razorpay after confirmation of cancellation.
- Once initiated, refunds generally reflect back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (card/bank timelines vary).
- Razorpay fees charged on the original transaction are sometimes non-refundable. If applicable, we will inform you prior to processing.
How to request a refund
- Email support@gulbabafoundation.online with: your name, transaction reference (Razorpay payment ID), course name, and reason for cancellation.
- We will respond within 48 hours with next steps and expected timeline.
For disputes or chargebacks raised with your bank, we will cooperate fully with Razorpay and banking partners and investigate with supporting documentation.
