Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Gulbaba Foundation for Forklift Training. This page explains how we accept payments on our website using Razorpay and what you can expect after payment.
Payment methods
- We accept payments through Razorpay — which supports debit/credit cards, netbanking, UPI, and popular wallets.
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise on a particular course page.
How payments work
- When you choose to pay, you will be redirected to Razorpay’s secure checkout or an embedded Razorpay form on our site.
- Razorpay collects and processes your payment details; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- On successful payment you will receive:
- An on-screen confirmation
- An email receipt from support@gulbabafoundation.online
Invoices & GST
- If applicable, digital invoices/receipts will be emailed to you. Please keep this for your records.
- For businesses requiring GST invoices, please indicate GST details at the time of enrollment or contact us at support@gulbabafoundation.online.
Failed or pending payments
- If a payment fails, Razorpay will report failure immediately and you will not be enrolled until payment succeeds.
- In case of a pending status (bank/UPI delays), allow up to 24–48 hours and check your email or Razorpay transaction status. Contact us if payment remains pending beyond 72 hours.
